Initially, stand by keeping your feet,few inches wide.now, just jump and extend your arms overhead with that slightly bend your knees and extend your legs . Now com back to the starting position and repeat this

which leads us to the next exercise
LEGS UP CRUNCHES, YOU Can archive maximum weight lose with exercise by simplylying down on the ground,to perfect it raise your legs slowly and bring your knee as close to your chest . repeat this continusly for as long as your Body can take then rest for awhile.
and finally we have planks with leg lifts
To begin this stoning exercise
you need to be your toes and forearms with your body straight and then raise your left leg for a few seconds as it is possible.Now lower Left leg and raise your right leg for awhile in the air
then come back to the same position and repeat this process until you’re tired
